You hold a valid Learner Permit, Provisional Licence, or Overseas Licence
You meet VicRoads eligibility requirements - Student Responsibilities
You agree to:
Arrive on time
Bring required identification/licence
Follow instructor directions at all times
Drive responsibly and lawfully
Disclose any medical condition or impairment affecting driving - Instructor Authority
Lessons may be terminated early if safety is compromised
Lessons may be refused if the student appears unfit to drive - Test Readiness

No guarantee of passing a driving test is given - Liability
Liability is limited to re-supply of services as permitted by law
